Deployment

Alma understands how important it is for our customers to have their medical services fully installed,

customized, and operating in their infrastructure as quickly as possible. That is why our technical service engages with our customer’s staff in order to plan the deployment and configuration of our products, thus ensuring that all requirements are met.

The end goal is complete integration, the transfer of appropriate knowledge for operational and technical teams, and product deployment in the shortest possible period.

Customization

Our customization service offers the possibility of adapting the user interface to the requirements of our customers’ systems.

In addition, OEM versions of Alma products can be integrated into third-party medical imaging systems. In such cases, customers can request our customization services in order to homogenize our product with their own brand.

Custom developments

Alma’s technical team specializes in developing applications based on DICOM and HL7 standards, and is available to help our customers develop customized software to optimize or complement the existing functions of our products, so they can be adapted to the most demanding requirements.

Our Customer Service Center (CSC) is the point of contact where you can request information about the services Alma offers. The CSC’s mission is to help all our customers when using Alma products, by providing the required technical assistance.
